In the first instance please call us on 01242-210555 as most issues can be resolved by technical assistance over the phone, failing that the following applies:
Goods will be inspected by the Buyer immediately upon delivery and the Buyer shall notify Spa Vapes Ltd within seven days of delivery by email at email@example.com if the goods are damaged or are not as stated. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
If the Buyer lays claim that the goods are damaged or defective upon receipt and inspection of the goods they should be returned by the Buyer to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund, including the cost of delivery and any return postal charges, if the goods are in found to be defective. However, if there is no fault found with the goods on return the buyer will be responsible for any postal charges.
Replacement goods will not be issued until such time as the the goods reported as faulty has been returned to Spa Vapes Ltd for examination and testing.
You will be notified by e-mail of your refund when Spa Vapes Ltd have received and examined the returned goods. This can take up to seven days after the item has been received to allow for testing and inspection to be carried out.
Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be sent via recorded delivery and adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the Buyer.
Returned goods must clearly show the order number in or on the returned package.
If the returned goods are found to be damaged due to the fault of the buyer the buyer will be liable for the cost of repairing the damage.
Refunds cannot be offered if the goods have been used but we will assist in any way possible to rectify the issue.
Due to E-Juice being a consumable it can not be returned once opened.
